This is the 1980 PPG Pace Car.  PPG did a series of special promotional vehicles, including this particular car.  Very little is known about the car, other than what is printed on the promo card.  However, in May of 2006, a FourEyedPride.com member stumbled across the car.  The thread became the hottest topic on the board for quite some time.  Unfortunately, it was not good news.  The car was in bad shape.  A few pictures were taken, and can be seen here .  The thread discussing this car can be found here .
